Booking Cancellation:

Cancellation Period:

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 8 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
No-shows: In case of a no-show (guest doesn’t arrive without prior notice), a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Early Departure: Guests departing before their scheduled check-out date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the remaining nights of their reservation.
